HOW IT WORKS

Before applying please ensure you meet the following criteria:

Be aged between 21 & 70 years of age

Be a resident of the United Kingdom

You must not be currently participating in a debt management plan or IVA

You must not have been declared bankrupt in the last 6 years

Have a valid bank account.

You can either complete the online application form or if you would prefer you can call our office on 01924 371766.
 
Our customer service team will take some of your details and arrange for one of our friendly agents to visit you in your home to discuss our loan options. You will be asked to complete a loan application form and as part of our Anti Money Laundering procedure you will be asked to provide two forms of identification and proof of income, these will be recorded on the form.


You will receive an initial decision about your application within two working days. This decision will be based on application validation, affordability and credit checks using Callcredit`s database in accordance with our responsible lending policy.


If you have less than perfect credit there is no need to worry as we assess each application individually.  


If you have been approved for one of our personal loans our agent will re-visit you at home to complete the process and give you your money.
 

Repayment Options

Home Collection

One of our friendly agents will call to your home on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis whichever suits you best. Home collection offers a friendly and personal service. Our agents are there to help you and answer any questions as well as to collect repayments.


Debit/Credit Card


We accept all major debit and credit cards. There is no additional cost for this service.


Standing Order Arrangement


You can make payments via a Standing Order arrangement. This option can be useful if you don’t have a debit or credit card. Your bank can arrange to send us payments on the dates when they fall due
